Paul, Western Pennsylvania native has been an artist since the 1970's. Over the years he has devoted his creative energies to mastering oils, watercolor and Japanese painting. Paul first interest was oil painting. He has intuitively inspired, coloristic, expressionistic, and classical styles. Paul's work with watercolors allows him to focus on the transparent colors found in nature. Japanese pigment painting, called Nihonga, allows further creative expression utilizing wood panels and painting with Japanese pigment powder, water, and glue. Paul accepts any subject matter commission and will work with clients according to their specifications.
